Only that of what you are ready to accept. Until you accept, there is no healing. To welcome all that is - pain and pleasure, good and bad, dark and light.

You cannot force or expect Unified Consciousness (Love) to do as you wish or desire (read: what your ego desires)

Consciousness encompasses ego, from that perspective you can only surrender to Love. You cannot manipulate it to your own (or rather temporary) desires. You are about to surrender to the highest wisdom, and she knows all about you and will not satisfy your ego desires. She will patiently “wait” and through not granting you instant gratification she will want to show you the way for your sovereignty and true healing and transformation.

Kundalini energy…

…is a word that originates from Sanskrit, which is  the language of classical Hindu philosophy. In my understanding whether it's an ancient culture, philosophy or religion, whatever it tried to understand and portray through the knowledge and tools that were available back then should be carefully studied and understood through a modern lens. Ancient wisdom is full of deep truths that should be approached with respect, and the teachings should be taken in fully and with respect if we decide to use any terms. Using concepts that are not fully felt, understood, grasped and deeply respected is a sign of our human ignorance that can lead even to disastrous consequences. Religious indoctrination has done an immense harm to humanity, and reckless usage of esoteric terms in a field of an energy work can cause a lot of harm. Kundalini energy activations that have become so popular in the past few years that for some people who experience these different types of energy transmissions it's hard to understand that every energy process is different and naming something as something DOESN'T MEAN THAT IT IMMEDIATELY BECOMES IT. The truth infused with an illusion stops being a truth and many energy processes that name themselves as Kundalini activations (or other brands that use people shaking on a mat as an evidence of an intense energy work and energy skills of  facilitators) use manipulation, a form of a hypnosis, suggestion, sexual energy or even types of shamanic or esoteric tools to induce certain states. IT NEEDS TO BE UNDERSTOOD THAT EVERY ENERGY PROCESS IS DIFFERENT!!! That we are all made of the same substance, the same energy, but the quality of the energy that is being transmitted holds different qualities and information. Kundalini energy is often times not the pure universal quality but either a sexual energy or just certain techniques that are used to induce certain states and experiences and have nothing to do with the universal consciousness and the direct transmission of it. Unless a human being has not embodied these qualities of the energy he/she cannot transmit them. All energy transmissions are infused with information that is being transferred because all energy is information. We need to be mindful of that and sensibly choose our teachers and guides. I have met a lot of people who have recklessly taken part in certain modern famous energy process and have been struggling difficult consequences for months or years to come. Energy work can be dangerous if we approach it without reverence and do not choose our guides wisely.

Sexual energy is a quality of consciousness, not all of it

Kundalini in modern terms is either referred to sexual energy or Feminine aspect of Universal Consciousness. These two terms are incomparable, and for many people impossible to distinguish until they experience and are able to embody both qualities. Mother (Feminine aspect of Universal Energy) as wholeness in act of surrender and humble devotion and getting to know and differentiate one quality of her - sexual aspect, fire.

The sexual aspect of Mother energy can be manipulated and used as we wish. That’s why it has been known that some elites use rituals to “posses” human sexual energy. Many modern days (new age) energy practices misuse sexual energy and define it as Mother energy, which is an abuse in my feeling. This is not a play

It’s not about moving energy and having fun with it. Playing with sexual (libidinal energy or raw life force) energy can have disastrous consequences.

You cannot gain or achieve awakening.

There are experiences that can support and foster our healing experiences and expansion of consciousness, but THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS to awakening. We need to do the work. 

When you ask me who I consider to be an awakened person, I would say: the one that can truly love in moments and places where love seems to be nonexistent. If you choose love whole experiencing hell you are truly awakened, when you speak truth, act from the place of love, compassion, truth, sovereignty I consider that awakening. Saying I’m awakened because I have seen the light and can wave my hands and make people shake is not an awakening for me, it's an abuse and ego game.

Bringing light into the darkest places of our individual and collective psyche and subconscious, allowing our illusions to melt into universal consciousness, naming our illusions and healing our deepest wounds - that's the REAL WORK we humans need to do. All of us.

You need to speak Love and do Love

This is the path of remembrance. You yourself chose and design that experience to reconnect to your Source. Each experience requires embodiment of that of what you receive.

As high as you go, you must equally go low

If we want to maintain an expanded quality of consciousness, we need to embody it. Embodiment involves looking straight into the shadow, integrating the shadow, meeting our wounds and illusions. These encounters require our presence and mindfulness. Only by integrating darkness, accepting darkness, connecting with our own darkness can we transform it and speak of healing, awakening, and the evolution of consciousness.

One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The latter procedure, however, is disagreeable and therefore not popular.” ― C.G. Jung

Transmission of consciousness that is aware of itself…

…will “require” you to face your deepest fears and illusions. Will start to destroy all that does not resonate with the laws of creation.

A true “master” is humble, and you will see it in his/her eyes - how much she has gone through, how much she has integrated and what qualities of consciousness she has embodied. Look for the guide that you have certainty that can keep love while walking through the hell. Trust yourself, you do have an ability to recognize true teacher and guide. Don’t allow yourself to be fooled into the game of energy manipulation for the sake of emotional catharsis and pleasure that is misinterpreted for truth and freedom. Don’t allow other people to work with your body or interfere with your energy system UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN ABOUT THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR GUIDE and you can sense through love and truth pouring from within that person. You are a precious being, do not allow unprepared, naive and egoistic facilitators to play with your energy system. Naivety and good yet egoistical intentions can bring about disastrous consequences in the field of energy work.

Ask as many questions as you wish and seek your own recognition

Who do you consider an awakened person? The one who claims to be a master or powerful light worker, or the one that can be love in the places and moments when love seems to be nonexistent? I’ve found my biggest teachers inside myself and in places that nobody seems to be looking for them.

Real gurus and awakened people do live among us, among all of us, will we open our eyes to the biggest teachers and love keepers among us.

For real healing and transformation, there has to be transmutation of the energy and true alchemy
