The closer we get to the wound and the illusions that are formed as a consequence of it, the more sophisticated defense mechanisms are encountered that require immense courage and often times the support of fellow “family/ community” members to feel safe enough to bring the light into the shadow and being able to integrate it. It’s essential to understand that facilitators embark on the journey where they choose to be transforming not only their personal shadows but the collective shadows as well.
This journey goes well beyond the personal/ individual aspects. It is first and foremost a collective healing, and as stewards of global healing and awakening we serve a much bigger cause. Our service doesn't start and end with a group session, we are it on a daily basis. If we as guides want to transfer the energy of Love we need to be Love, speak Love, act Love, and not only when we facilitate a group space but at all times!
Only by recognizing and healing individual wounds and shadows, we can become “clear” vessel for the collective healing and only by courageously speaking our individual truth we can meet in truth with one another. We suffer from broken communication within our bodies, each other and the planet, we can’t heal if we do not reconnect these broken nodes with words and deeds.
We need to learn from each other, grow with each other, rebuild the trust, safety, recognition of both our biggest wounds and potentials, we need to recognize each other gifts, and hold each other hands while we bring the light to the collective darkness.

My personal experiences
around energy work
What happens when you humbly surrender to her grace? What happens when you open your chest and stand in her light naked? Your body infused with her Love, and you realize the word Love that you had used so far is way too small to grasp even a part of what you are experiencing now.
You feel so small in that power, so tiny, and you wonder how is that even possible my body is still whole when you think you have been shattered into so many pieces from the amount of light pouring from within. Your knees bend, and your head bows to her grace, just to realize you do that to the light that is pouring from inside of you.
It’s a mindfuck for the one who observes, am I this? Have I just bent in front of myself? Another wave of energy comes through, and now you know you are dying and that you will never fear death again.
Your body melts, disappears, and you become one with Love, one with everything. “I’m sorry, please forgive me” I hear my mouth saying as I witness and hear these words I understand the meaning. I’m sorry for any moment I stood against life within me and around me, as all is One. I’m sorry for any hurt I’ve caused from the level of consciousness I was operating from, any hurt I caused to another being while I was wounding and in the state of oblivion.
At any moment I was hurting myself I was hurting the whole existence, at any moment I was standing against any form of life I was standing against myself as all is one. I understood the power I have been holding while in a direct contact with it and the sacred relationship between the word power and being humbled.
I understood the union of the sacred marriage of these two in my body, and that feeling has allowed me to say yes to be working with the energy and serve fellow brothers and sisters.
I was in full surrender in awe, in feeling one with everything and beyond humbled. Every bone in my body, every cell in my system remembered. The thought of using that power for any type of abuse is not something that a fully surrendered mind can conceive. In her grace, it is just impossible.
Witnessing the abuse of an aspect of Mother energy
From experiencing Mother's grace in the act of a total surrender to her wholeness, my journey has taken me to witness the abuse of one aspect of the Mother energy as a consequence of not surrendering to the truth she is bringing. “Go into the wound, my dear child, she says”- I’m with you. But her child can refuse, he can bypass the wound and go straight to up to experience the beauty, pleasure, power and ecstasy.
This bypass of a wound and shadow results in acting out of disintegration. I have an understanding that this is a part of a human journey and projections serve the bigger purpose of bringing a chance for recognition and healing of the shadow that had earlier been hidden deeply in the unconscious.
I do have compassion for energy healers who… and I do respect all our journeys. Yet, from my perspective the wounds need to be recognized and named to be witnessed, healed and integrated. Collectively, we hold the same wounds, and our individual experiences mirror a common collective experience.
Personally, I had been navigating in between anger and disagreement for lack of ethics and responsibility in working with human energetic systems, for the misuse of the power of energy healing, the feeling of deep sorrow for using just one aspect one quality and the mother energy, and it felt like rape inside my body to deep compassion and understanding for all fellow brothers and sisters.
Today, I feel I have integrated that experience and have found a space in my body for holding both the qualities of sacred anger and disagreement, as well as deep compassion and understanding.
My deepest intention is to serve from that place. To serve with courage and vulnerability, to speak my truth, to bring my voice of disagreement while remaining humble, and compassionate. I dream of a collective where we can find power in vulnerability, where we can feel safe to mirror each other wounds and provide the safest container full of love, compassion, understanding and acceptance.
A space where we are able to name individual and collective wound not from a space of judgement but compassionate recognition.
I dream about a collective that is a testimony and living example of courage to meet our shadows and mirror them, as for the majority of our shadows we need a fellow human as a mirror for recognition.
“Thank you for showing me my wound, my shadow, and thank you for being with me with your heart and hands open while I was courageously entering my darkness. Thank you for being my mirror and a courageous, loving witness”.

My journey has led me to witness an abuse of power, acting directly from a narcissistic wound, projections, using a sacred form of energy to feed egoistical desires, hierarchy, domination.
I have seen and witnessed an abuse of raw aspect of life force energy in certain few days energy trainings and misuse of the sacred energy to further fuel the same aspects of our human experience that sustain dominance, division, imbalance and collective suffering.
This training does not focus on training human bodies as conducts of only one aspect of Mother energy that can unconsciously fuel the same illusions that it intends to heal.
The journey I offer and the energy I feel devoted to serve as a vessel of is unified consciousness that embodies all qualities of mother energy in Union with the father aspect. That unity we call love, the spark or our creation.
To be able to embody and in consequence carry the healing frequency that is naturally malleable to our egoistic desires, we need to walk the path of love and be the healing we offer.
We cannot prevent the abuse of this sacred energy, but we can be a living transmission and living testimony.

As I delved deeper into my studies, I began to see patterns emerge - not just in textbooks and research papers, but in the world around me. The theories of great philosophers and the findings of pioneering psychologists started to illuminate the complexities of human behavior I observed daily.
The academic setting also introduced me to a diverse array of therapeutic modalities and approaches. This exposure was crucial in helping me understand that there's no one-size-fits-all solution to healing trauma. Each individual's journey is unique, and having a varied toolkit allows me to adapt my approach to best serve each person's needs.
Perhaps most importantly, my academic background instilled in me a deep appreciation for the scientific way of thinking. It taught me to be mindful of human biases - both my own and those of others. This awareness has been invaluable in my work with trauma survivors, helping me to remain grounded and objective while still being compassionate and empathetic.
As I've continued my journey beyond the halls of academia, I've found that the knowledge I gained there has matured and intertwined with my real-world experiences. The wisdom passed down through generations of philosophers, psychologists, clinicians, and scientists has become a living, breathing part of my practice.
This foundation has given me the tools to observe and understand the repetitive patterns in human behavior, to recognize different cognitive biases and defense mechanisms, and to approach each client with a blend of scientific rigor and human compassion. It's knowledge that, with time and experience, has ripened into wisdom.
Academic background allows me to connect the dots between theory and practice, to stay mindful of the complex interplay between mind and body, and to approach each person's unique story with both empathy and insight.
The journey from textbook theories to practical application has been transformative. It's shown me that understanding trauma and the human psyche is not just about memorizing facts or theories - it's about cultivating a deep, nuanced appreciation for the incredible resilience and complexity of the human spirit. And for that, I am beyond grateful.
Modern trauma modalities:
That fill in what academic psychology lacks.
It became clear that to be truly effective in trauma treatment, I needed to bridge the gap between academic rigor and cutting-edge therapeutic practices. I had to find my own way to connect and communicate across these sometimes disparate spheres of knowledge. It was in this process that I discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which has since become my go-to approach for modern trauma healing.
Western science, in its pursuit of empirical evidence, have overlooked the concept of the soul while in reality all healing that happens its THROUGH THE CONNECTION WITH CONSCIOUSNESS, INTELLIGENCE OF LIFE, OR SOUL.
Throughout my career, I've studied many different therapeutic approaches, but always felt that something was missing. When I found and later got trained in IFS, I had an epiphany: this was what I had been searching for in therapy. It filled the gaps left by my academic training, offering a holistic approach that honors both the scientific and the spiritual aspects of the human experience.
By integrating my academic background with these modern trauma modalities, particularly IFS, I've found a more complete and effective way to support my clients. This synthesis allows me to draw on the strengths of rigorous academic research while remaining open to innovative approaches that address the whole person - mind, body, and soul.
This journey of integration has not only enhanced my professional practice but has also deepened my personal understanding of trauma and healing. It's a continuous process of learning, adapting, and growing, always with the goal of providing the most effective and compassionate care for those I serve. IFS therapy has been my go to for modern trauma healing that integrates academic knowledge, spiritual aspect, deep understanding of human psyche both mental and spiritual aspect. it offers a profound understanding of the human psyche that encompasses both mental and spiritual dimensions. Currently I use IFS as a map for integrating energy healing sessions as well as to teach my clients self healing with IFS as a map.
Non-integrated spiritual experiences: The Pitfalls of Non-Integrated Spiritual Experiences
I've observed individuals who, after brief trainings in energy work or healing modalities, claim the title of healer or spiritual guide. While their intentions may be pure (although not always are and some of them do it to fullfill narcisistic desires) , this rush to adopt a spiritual identity often leads to a superficial understanding of the healing process and can even result in abuse of power.
As C.G. Jung wisely noted, "One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The latter procedure, however, is disagreeable and therefore not popular."
This insight resonates deeply with my approach to healing. True spiritual growth and healing aren't about transcending our wounds or creating a more "enlightened" persona. Instead, they involve the challenging work of confronting our shadows and integrating all aspects of ourselves.
I often find myself questioning: Is this approach truly spirituality, or merely a caricature of it? Does it promote genuine healing and integration, or further feed our illusions? When does spirituality become a new form of religion, and what purpose do these modern spiritual movements serve?
In my practice, I strive to maintain a clear boundary between authentic spirituality and modern "spiritual" trends that may not bring true healing and connection. Genuine awakening isn't about elevating oneself above others or escaping into lofty spiritual concepts. It's about grounding ourselves in reality, acknowledging our wounds, and doing the hard work of integration.
Ultimately, I believe that true healing involves bringing light to our wounds and integrating our shadow aspects, not bypassing them. This approach, while challenging, offers a path to genuine growth and transformation, bridging the gap between academic understanding, modern trauma modalities, and authentic spiritual practice.

Spirituality as connection, love, grounded spirituality:
love= truth and connection
true spirituality is a whole-being awakening, one that heartfully embraces our entire human experience: our feelings, our stories, our bodies, our relationships with others, and the earth that houses us.
Spirituality as fundamentally about connection, love, and recognition od our true nature. where truth and genuine human connection are inseparable.
True spirituality involves a whole-being awakening that encompasses our entire human experience. It's not about transcending our humanity, but fully embracing it - our feelings, our stories, our bodies, our relationships with others, and our connection to the earth that sustains us.
"True spirituality calls us to face everything. Everything inside of us that needs to be faced. It calls us to face our hot, sticky, dark, embarrassing, angry, scared, shaky and sensual and fiery places. It calls us to speak up, even if we are terrified and feel like we want to vomit. It calls us to finally express what's inside us, even if we lose all our friends. It calls us to be deeply human as much as we are pure Awareness, deeply humble as much as we are Divine, earthy and messy and imperfect as much as we are absolute and transcendent."

In my practice, I strive to embody these values and guide my clients towards being able to recognise and encompass all of themselves. I believe that our darkest experiences can be our greatest teachers, and that love is the unifying force that can heal our deepest wounds. By embracing both our humanity and our spiritual nature, we open ourselves to a more profound and lasting transformation. We learn to see our struggles not as obstacles to overcome, but as integral parts of our journey towards wholeness. In this way, spirituality becomes not an escape from our human experience, but a deeper immersion into its full richness and complexity.

Love is uniting us
There is only one source of energy. All that is, is one source of energy that takes in different forms. It can always be accessed by anybody, but the qualities we access vary on what we intend to are ready and willing to access and embody. All is frequency and energy operates according to certain laws, one of them is the law of the resonance. You can only transmit the quality of the energy that you have embodied.
This energy cannot be trained.
It needs to be embodied.
Initiation leads to receiving the codes that the person who is initiating has embodied and keeps embodying. Whoever you choose to initiate you is you cocreating that experience. This is not a hierarchical relationship but choosing your own reflection (in that case myself) to serve you in embodying what has always been available in you. Initiation guides you to access and embody quality of your of consciousness that have previously been not active. Once you surrender to these qualities and live by them you are able to pass the same activations ono others (the law of resonance that I speak about extensively in the section: about the process).
